"Seems alright so far"

"Wasn’t that comfy to use"
I was trying to use it on my phone, but the layout just feel kind of awkward. It wasn’t really comfortable, and I keep having trouble figuring out where things was.

"Flimsy packaging and shifting expectations"
I wasn’t impressed. The order showed up in this really flimsy box with barely any protection inside, so everything looked like it had been knocked around on the way. For what I paid, I expected it to be packed a lot better. It feels like the goalposts keep moving, premium price, but then suddenly you’re supposed to be okay with bargain-level packaging.

"Kind of tricky to use, but not all bad"
I spent a little time browsing moopshop.com and found it a bit frustrating. Some of the products looked nice, so I wanted to keep looking around, but the pages felt cluttered and loaded slower than I expected. The filters were also kind of annoying to use, and the checkout steps weren’t super clear to me. I ended up giving up after a while, which was a shame because the site does seem like it has some good stuff

"Not the best first impression"
I was excited to try this place out, but it wasn’t a great first impression. I wanted to buy two items and only one was actually in stock. The stuff seems good, but it’s frustrating when they’re already out of what you came for

"Looked nice, but the quality let me down"
I ordered a bag from moopshop.com because I liked the design, and it does look good in person. But the material felt thinner than I expected, and there were a few loose threads in the stitching right out of the package, which just felt unnecessary.

It’s still usable and not a total disaster, but for the price I really thought it would feel sturdier. I’ll probably keep it for now, but I don’t think I’d buy another one.

"Order was close"
I mean, they got most of the order right, so that was good. One item did show up in the wrong color, which was a little annoying, but not the biggest deal. Overall, it was okay...

"Decent, but a bit overpriced in my opinion"
I ordered from moopshop.com it was just okay. Nothing was really wrong with the item, but for what I paid, I guess I expected it to feel a little nicer. Shipping also took longer than I hoped, which didn’t help. It’s not a bad purchase, but personally, I didn’t feel like the value matched the price.

"Reply was okay, but it felt delayed"
Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a couple of days and I had to send another message first. For a while it felt like nobody had even read what I sent. Once they replied, they were nice enough and helped me out, I just wish the response had been quicker.

"Returning it felt like an absolute nightmare"
I thought doing a return or exchange would be simple, but wow, it turned into such a headache. I couldn’t get any real help with exchanging the item, and it felt like I was just going in circles forever. Super frustrating and way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size from moopshop.com and... yeah, it was not even close to what I expected. The top felt really tight around the shoulders, but then the pants were way too long and loose at the waist. Kind of confusing, honestly. I checked the size chart before ordering, but it didn’t really help much. Ended up having to return it, which was just annoying. I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again unless they figure out the sizing

I ordered this from moopshop.com and I’m disappointed. The material felt kind of flimsy from the start, and after only a few uses it was already showing wear. The stitching started coming apart too, which was frustrating because I wasn’t being rough with it at all. I expected it to last longer for what I paid, not turn into another random thing I had to stress about fixing or replacing. Probably won’t be ordering from them again

"Looks fine, but nothing too special"
I checked it out sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and the styles are nice enough. It looks clean, but the site overall feels a little plain to me. Not bad, just not really amazing either.
